خلاصه کوڅيي نقشه یوه داسې پروژه ده چې چټک هدف یې د جوړولو وړ دی او د وړیا جغرافیایي معلوماتو چمتو کول دي لکه د ټولو لپاره چې د سړک لپاره نقشه نقشه کوي. پروژه پیل شوه ځکه چې ډیرې نخشه چې موږ یې په وړیا توګه باور لرو د دوی په کارولو قانوني او تخنیکي بندیزونه لري او خلک د هغوی څخه په تخلیقي، تولیدي یا غیر متوقع طریقه کارولو مخه نیسي.
