A new user looking to understand the vast mess of information of OSM.
I have found the vague standards for mapping to be quite detrimental as a new mapper, and would enjoy a more rigorously documented process for mapping, especially as a new mapper.
I enjoy adding map-able Wikidata objects to OSM and Wikidata. This couples with providing photos of the objects through Wikimedia Commons.
I feel that the thing OSM needs most is an interactive map that allows selecting nodes/ways/buildings to display linked information (from e.g. wikidata) and greater details (e.g. opening times).
